This article is a presentation by Monsignor Mathieu Bondobo, Vicar General of the Archdiocese of Bangui, during the day of ongoing training for priests working in Bangui. We present here the first part concerning the Parish Pastoral Council and the second in the following issue.

Father Mathieu Fabrice Evrard Bondobo, Vicar General and professor at the Saint Marc Major Seminary in Bimbo, held this conference at the Bangui Cathedral in this jubilee year to introduce the faithful to the meaning and practices of the Church on indulgences.
