After the visit of the second personality of the Holy See (Italian Cardinal Pietro Parolin) and the third personality (Msgr. Edgar Peña Parra), the Holy Father Pope Francis, although hospitalized, signed two decrees. The first is related to the canonization of two lay people (the Venezuelan doctor Cisneros and the Italian Bartolo Longo, called the "Apostle of the Rosary") and the second is related to the convocation of a consistory although the date is not known.
