It is since yesterday, Monday June 16, 2025, that His Excellency Monsignor José-Bernard LIKOLO , our Apostolic Administrator, has been staying in the Diocese in anticipation of the episcopal ordination of our newly appointed Bishop, Monsignor Joseph Mopepe .
In doing so, he visited all the construction sites in progress today, particularly in Molegbe where the essential ceremonies will take place, in order to personally assess the progress of these preparatory works.
The observation of the smooth progress of the work with the available resources did not prevent him from scheduling a major meeting for Thursday, June 19, to evaluate the work accomplished so far by each Commission with a view to considering simple and pragmatic avenues that could contribute to the success of the said event.
