By its letter of August 26, 2024, the Apostolic Nunciature in the Central African Republic had informed, after its private audience with the President of the Republic, HE Prof. Archange Touadera, of August 23, 2024, the Fidei donum priests, the nuns and the foreign religious practicing in the CAR that the questions related to Visas and Residence Cards are available by the will of the President of the Republic who wants to see the application and respect of the Framework Agreement between the Holy See and the CAR.
