Réunie à Bangui du 10 au 13 mars 2026, la CSMC a élu le Père Jean Max Victoire Gonda (Spiritain) à sa présidence. En présence de Mgr Mirek, les supérieurs majeurs ont réaffirmé leur engagement missionnaire et leur volonté de renforcer la présence religieuse dans les provinces de Centrafrique.

Since January 6, 2025, after celebrating the 130th anniversary of the evangelization of Central Africa, the bishops of the Central African Republic have opened their ordinary session which will close on January 14, 2025. It is within their permanent See of Bimbo in the city of Bangui that these exchanges take place.
