Le tissu Kuba entre officiellement dans l’histoire nationale. Grâce à l’impulsion de la Ministre Yolande Elebe Ma Ndembo, ce textile ancestral est désormais protégé comme Patrimoine Culturel National. Cette reconnaissance historique, portée jusqu'en Inde par des stylistes congolais, consacre le savoir-faire de la RDC comme un pilier majeur de son identité et de son rayonnement mondial.

The Organization has designated March 8th as the day's theme: Rights, Equality, and Empowerment for All Women and Girls. May all women and girls find here an expression of our gratitude for what they represent for humanity and for the Church.
