Yesterday, Friday, February 21, 2025, the Holy See press office announced that the Holy Father is not out of danger "with regard to his health situation but he is not "in danger of death". Today, Saturday, February 22, only one piece of news delivered since this morning: "Pope Francis has rested well". We recall that the Pope is at the Gemelli hospital in Rome on Friday, February 14 for pneumonia affecting both lungs.

On the forecourt of St. Peter's Basilica in the Vatican, the scene was well set before 12:00 with more than 30,000 faithful for the Pope's Christmas message followed by the Orbi et Urbi blessing. This blessing only occurs twice a year: at Christmas and Easter when the Holy Father blesses the eternal city of Rome and the entire world. After he returned to the central box in St. Peter's Square in the Vatican, two national anthems (of Italy and the Vatican) were performed by the Italian army.

The Holy Father delivered a message this Tuesday, December 17, 2024, on the occasion of the third edition of "LaborDz" promoted by the ACLI. He invited his listeners to use the heart in all companies and all their work environments to safeguard human dignity and the balance of creation.
