After the celebration of Pentecost, the following Monday, a public holiday in the CAR, the presbytery of the Archdiocese of Bangui, led by Archbishop Dieudonné Cardinal Nzapalainga, met 35 km from the city of Bangui at the parish of Saint Jean-Baptiste in Bimo for the diocesan day of priests, 2025 edition.

Cardinal Dieudonné Nzapalainga conferred the sacrament of Confirmation on 97 Christians at the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception on Sunday, June 8, 2025, Pentecost Sunday.

The Diocese of M'baïki, established in 1995, finds its origins in the pastoral dynamism of the Archdiocese of Bangui, of which it was for a long time one of the deaneries.
