Universal Church #Saints Peter and Paul Cathedral

The Cathedral of Saints Peter and Paul in Lubumbashi hosted the solemn ordination of Bishop Jean-Marie Vianney Musul Musas as its new auxiliary bishop this Saturday. Presided over by Bishop Fulgence Muteba, this historic celebration marks the beginning of a ministry dedicated to service and closeness to the Congolese faithful.

The Bishop of Basankusu, Monsignor Liberius PWONGO BOPE, ordained 5 new Deacons and 4 new Priests on behalf of his Diocese on this day when he celebrates his 33 years of priestly ordination. The ceremony took place during the Mass he presided over at the Cathedral of Saints Peter and Paul of Basankusu, this Saturday, January 4, 2025.
