Since Monday, October 14, 2024, the Conference of Major Superiors, COSUMA in acronym, opened its general assembly in a mass celebrated by Monsignor Toussaint Iluku, bishop of the diocese of Bokungu-Ikela and President of the Episcopal Commission for Institutes of Consecrated Life and Society of Apostolic Life. At this mass, the presence of Léonard Njadji Djeta, bishop of Kisangani vice president of the said episcopal commission.

It was during a mass celebrated on Saturday, October 12, 2024 by Father Constant Kienge Kienge, Provincial Superior of the Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate, at the chapel of the Saint Eugene de Mazenod Scholasticate of Kintambo in Kinshasa that the padlock was unlocked for the intellectual pleasure of the professors and students.

The nine deacons called to priestly ordination were in seclusion since Sunday, September 22, 2024 at the Nganda Catholic Center with their facilitator Father Arthur Ponde under the theme: Priestly ministry and synodality: path of communion and service for a church on the move. Under the leadership of Monsignor Carlos Ndaka, auxiliary bishop and Vicar General of the Archdiocese of Kinshasa, the nine ordinands made their profession of faith in the chapel of the Nganda Catholic Center on Friday, September 26, 2024.

In a mass celebrated at the parish of Saint Hilaire de Mulambula by the Pastor of this beautiful diocese, the faithful participated in an exceptional liturgy where they observed with their own eyes the sacramental change brought about by the imposition of the bishop's hands on the deacons who had become priests.

​Today, Saturday, September 28, 2024, with a thanksgiving mass presided over by Mgr. Vicar General, Monulphe NGALO, the retreat session of the diocesan clergy of Molegbe ended.

Having passed away on August 26, 2024 at the community hospital while praying the rosary, Monsignor Marie-Joseph Ngoui will be buried in Konbgo on Friday, September 27, 2024. It was in this city that he had the grace to create a parish (Marie Mère de l'église) in 1966. He had planned his tomb there several years before the heavenly Father called him back to his kingdom.

This Sunday, September 22, 2024, the Sainte Angèle parish rejoiced in welcoming its former priest who returned to give thanks to God on the occasion of his fifteen years of priesthood. In a church under renovation flooded with the faithful, Father Jean-Marie celebrated the 25th Sunday of Ordinary Time of year B by asking the faithful to let themselves be ground in the dough of humility to offer a better service to brothers and sisters.
