Le Cardinal Dieudonné Nzapalainga a posé la première pierre d'un foyer pour jeunes filles à Ngoukomba. Ce projet caritatif vise à sécuriser le parcours éducatif des filles vulnérables et à promouvoir leur autonomie dans une zone rurale, marquant une nouvelle étape dans l'engagement social de l'Archevêché de Bangui.

La Tanzanie et l'Église d'Afrique ont rendu un dernier hommage au Cardinal Polycarp Pengo lors d'une messe solennelle à Dar es Salaam, en présence de la présidente Samia Suluhu et du Cardinal Ambongo. Ce pilier de la foi laisse l'image d'un médiateur de paix resté inflexible sur la doctrine.

Depuis son départ de Bangui le 2 septembre 2025, Monsieur l’abbé Jean-Marie Konde, prêtre de l’Archidiocèse de Kinshasa en mission Fidei donum dans l’Archidiocèse de Bangui, s’était engagé à faire un pèlerinage personnel avec le message d’espérance inspiré du jubilé ouvert par le Pape François le 24 décembre 2025.
